The Community Engagement Functionality Demonstration provides an overview of the Salesforce software to be utilized by COVID-19 Tracers to access and update patient information.
More specifically, functional tasks of Community Engagement Supervisors such as viewing and accessing patient records and creating and assigning interactions to Community Engagement Specialists are covered.
The Functional tasks of Community Engagement Specialists are also covered. These include viewing the “CE My assigned list”, accessing and updating records, and setting an outcome.
